You know that experience when you walk away saying, "why are they even in business - they obviously hate people?". Well at the opposite end of the spectrum is where Leanne and Marty sit. Like everyone, I don't like going to the mechanic, but the friendliness, service and price blew me away. Super-honest, great advice, gave me options depending on budget, loaned me a car (even though it was only a small job), fed me full of Easter eggs, and came in wayyyy under my expectations in terms of price. Also felt like they had all the time in the world for me. Aside from that - Marty just knows his stuff, pure and simple. Just an all-round positive experience.
